Read the Instructions carefully before filling the Registration Form

Dear Parents

1. The admission process for the Academic Session 2023‒24 has begun. Admission will be granted from 5th Class to 9th Class & 11th Class (Medical, Non-Medical & Commerce) for the academic session of 2023‒24.

2. The Offline Entrance Examination will be conducted on Sunday 19th February 2023 at 10:00 A.M. It is must for the students to arrive at The Gurukul Nilokheri at sharp 9:00A.M on the day of Examination with Admit Card.

3. Also, the admissions for classes 5th to 9th& 11th Class (Non-Medical & Commerce) in The Gurukul Jyotisar (Kurukshetra) will be provided through this Entrance Test.

4. Download the Syllabus for the Entrance Exam, Fee Structure & Instructions Brochure of The Gurukul Nilokheri from our website www.gurukulnilokheri.com.

5. The last date to fill up the Registration Form is 15th February 2023. Registration fee to fill the form is ₹ 500.

6. Upload the latest coloured photograph & signature of the student on the Registration Form.

7. Parents are required to fill the details properly like Student Name, Date of Birth, Parents Name and Address as per the documents. Details once filled in registration form will not be changed at any rate. It should be according to the T.C. (Transfer Certificate) of last attended school. The admission of your ward will stand cancelled if any wrong information is found in the Registration form. 

8. It is not allowed to repeat the same class. If it comes to our notice at later stage, the admission of your ward will be cancelled without any consideration.

9. The result of the Entrance Test will be announced on Sunday 19th February 2023 by 10:00 P.M. which will be uploaded on our website.

10. Counselling for Selected Students will be conducted from Monday 20th February 2023 to 24th February 2023 (9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M). The selected students must carry their Admit Card along with them.

11. The seat of your child will be reserved after passing the counselling & depositing 25,000/- rupees. Otherwise, the seat will be granted to others.

12. All the rights to make necessary changes will be reserved in the hands of administration of The Gurukul Nilokheri in case of emergency.

पंजीकरण फार्म भरने से पहले निम्नलिखित दिशा‒निर्देशों को ध्यान से पढ़ें।

प्रिय अभिभावकगण

1. गुरुकुल नीलोखेड़ी में सत्र 2023‒24 के लिए प्रवेश प्रक्रिया आरंभ हो गई है।  शैक्षणिक-सत्र 2023‒24 के लिए 5वीं से 9वीं कक्षा और 11वीं कक्षा (Medical, Non-Medical & Commerce) में प्रवेश दिए जाएंगे।

2. प्रवेश परीक्षा रविवार, 19 फरवरी, 2023 को सुबह 10 बजे आयोजित की जाएगी। प्रवेश परीक्षा के दिन छात्र प्रातः 9 बजे तक गुरुकुल नीलोखेड़ी में अवश्य पहुँच जाएं।

3. इसी प्रवेश परीक्षा से गुरुकुल ज्योतिसर (कुरुक्षेत्र) के लिए भी 5वीं से 9वीं और 11वीं कक्षा (Non-Medical & Commerce) तक के विद्यार्थियों को प्रवेश दिया जाएगा।

4. पंजीकरण से पूर्व गुरुकुल का वार्षिक शुल्क, प्रवेश परीक्षा में पूछा जाने वाला पाठ्यक्रम और नियमावली आप गुरुकुल नीलोखेड़ी की वेबसाइट www.gurukulnilokheri.com से डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। गुरुकुल ज्योतिसर (कुरुक्षेत्र) का विवरण www.gurukuljyotisar.com पर जाकर देख सकते हैं।

5. पंजीकरण की अंतिम तिथि 15 फरवरी, 2023 है। पंजीकरण शुल्क 500 रूपये निर्धारित है।

6. पंजीकरण फॉर्म पर छात्र की नवीनतम रंगीन फोटो (Colour Photo) व हस्ताक्षर (Signature) अपलोड करें।

7. अभिभावकगण पंजीकरण फॉर्म में सभी जानकारियाँ सही भरें और बच्चे का नाम, जन्मतिथि, अपना नाम तथा घर का पता आदि दस्तावेजों के अनुसार ही भरें। एक बार पंजीकरण फॉर्म में जानकारी भरने के बाद विवरण बदला नहीं जाएगा। पंजीकरण फॉर्म में भरी गई जानकारी आपके पिछले स्कूल के T.C. (Transfer Certificate) के अनुसार होनी चाहिए । पंजीकरण फॉर्म में कोई भी गलत जानकारी पाए जाने पर आपके बच्चे का प्रवेश रद्द माना जाएगा।

8. एक ही कक्षा को दोहराने की अनुमति नहीं है। यदि बाद में हमारे संज्ञान में यह आता है, तो आपके बच्चे का प्रवेश बिना किसी विचार के रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।

9. प्रवेश परीक्षा का परिणाम रविवार, 19 फरवरी, 2023 को ही रात्रि 10 बजे तक घोषित कर दिया जाएगा जिसे आप www.gurukulnilokheri.comपर देख सकते हैं।

10. चयनित विद्यार्थियों की काऊंसलिंग (Counselling) 20 फरवरी से 24 फरवरी 2023 तक सुबह 9 बजे से दोपहर 2 बजे तक गुरुकुल नीलोखेड़ी में की जाएगी। प्रवेश परीक्षा में चयनित छात्र काऊंसलिंग (Counselling) के समय Admit Card को अवश्य साथ लायें।

11. काऊंसलिंग (Counselling) परीक्षा पास करने और 25,000 रूपये उसी समय जमा करवाने के बाद ही आपके बच्चे की सीट आरक्षित मानी जाएगी अन्यथा सीट किसी दूसरे बच्चे को दे दी जाएगी।

12. आपातकालीन स्थिति में किसी भी निर्णय को बदलने का अधिकार गुरुकुल नीलोखेड़ी प्रबंधक समिति के पास सुरक्षित रहेगा।
